on behalf of
Interim President John Peck

Dear Rotarians,
Last week's meeting saw some of our members wearing something RED in support of END POLIO.
Our club's donation will be in excess of $1300, the exact amount will be announced at tomorrow night's meeting.
The Calcutta event raised $200 for END Polio and some of our Honorary members and current members have very generously donated to this very worthy cause.
Tomorrow night's HALLOWEEN meeting will be our 'Lift the Lid' on Mental Illness event.
We are asking members to wear a hat (Halloween themed hat OR costume if you feel inclined).
Cost: $5 for a hat or costume and $10 if you choose not to wear either.
PARTNERS, FAMILY & FRIENDS are all welcome.
Our Regionalisation Community Groups Survey (as per discussion at our meeting on 10th October)
has been submitted to the Regionalisation Team.
Thanks to all members who worked at the Unity in Diversity BBQ on Sunday 22nd October, a very special thankyou to Phillip Thurgood for organising this event.
The profit for the Club from this event is $2,165.95.
Phil has sent out a request for volunteers for the Bunnings BBQ on Sunday 12th November and the Cleanaway BBQ on Saturday 18th November. Please help us to 'share the load' by volunteering for one or both of these events.
If you haven't seen the email regarding the AGM on Tuesday 21st November, please check your inbox ASAP.
Kind regards,
Leanne
